The solution was degased with N2 for 30 min and thendegasified solution of K2CO3 (6.73 g, 44.9 mmol) in 60 mL of H2Owas added. The mixture was refluxed for 24 h under inertatmosphere and cooled to rt. The compound was extracted indichloromethane, washed with water, dried over MgSO4 (anhd.)and evaporated. The purification was carried out using columnchromatography (silica gel, petroleum ether as eluent) to obtain ayellow solid. |
